Our office accepts cash, Visa, Master Card, money orders and personal checks.
We provide all our patients with the best care at the most reasonable cost. We’re an out-of-network provider so we will ask for payment at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. However, out of courtesy to our patients, we are happy to complete insurance forms and mail them to your insurance provider directly. We will file your insurance claim for the full fee of our service and after your insurer has paid their fees to our office, we will bill you for the remaining balance, if any.
